They ran out of food too fast

Fast and efficient during the Otakon Convention rush.

Nice place for New York style Pizza. The service is quick even with lots of customers, which is a big plus.

They eventually made my previous poor experience correct. Need to work on communication internally and with guests when there are issues. Food and service normally on point at this location. Love the Ziti

Great pizza for cheap, really convenient for conventions, and even with the insane demand, they were still pretty fast making pizzas. Great for con goers who are looking for a quick and easy bite.

Very friendly staff, food looks and tastes great. Two lunches in a row. I only wish they had iced tea. Very convenient location and I didn't spend a lot of time ordering to picking up my order.

This was the lowlight of my visit to DC. Bad even when compared to other Sbarro locations.

It was busy, which is fine. But it was a little disorganized which made the line go slower. I got one slice of pizza, and it ended up coming out cold because a guy took it out less than a minute after someone else put it in. Is probably better during slower hours.

I visited on Saturday afternoon of a convention. The service was friendly and quick. But the store itself needed a significant cleaning. Counters, floors and tables. The trays should have been picked up and tables wiped down. Basic stuff.

This place is SLAMMED during conventions. Line out the door. They handle it though with fast service and decent food. Better than the junk they serve inside the convention center food court. Worth the walk outside.

I went here during a conference - these guys were working as hard as they could to keep up with a massive bum rush of people. It wasn't easy, there were a crapload of us! Unfortunately it was still a little blech - I'm going back on a different day to hopefully get some slightly warmer results.

It's a very small space that can not adequately accommodate the crowds a convention will draw.

Ok so I found that if I joined the Sbarro Society and I purchased a drink at the Sbarro that I was able to get a free XL slice of Pizza. Turns out that "this location is a franchise and only corporate locations do that...... I mean we just don't do it..... yeah we don't that" is the dialogue I received when trying to redeem my coupon in which they never looked at. Well in the Society now so I guess they will let me in on which locations actually take the coupon. They were rude actually pretty mild tempered and relax but they were very sort with me. It did rub me the wrong way that the employee were sitting eating pizza .... probably a free slice 😡

I ordered a Caesar and they gave me their version of the garden salad, I was too tired to notice at the time, but disappointed.

Ideally located one block from the Mount Vernon Square Metro station, 4 blocks north of Chinatown, and on a main bus route is this busy location. They are also attached to the Washington Convention Center and a favorite for attendees, local businesses and tourists. For their location, they could benefit from a larger location and outdoor seating. There is no parking, so be prepared to find parking nearby and walk. The serice is quick, seating is limited and the food is good. Great for a quick bite. Plus the prices are reasonable.

Product quality is very good, customer service is very good, and general vibe is good.

I actually didn't eat there but my brothers said it was ok

This was probably the most bland spaghetti I’ve ever had. It just wasn’t good. It was close to the convention center so the location is convenient. The line snaked in the restaurant around the dining tables. I’m not sure I’d want to eat here. Too many distractions with people standing, talking, and moving while I’m trying to eat. They ran out of salad and had only pasta salad at 11am. Bags are 5 cents but I wasn’t asked if I wanted one. I’m a frugal person so having the option to save should have been offered. The pizza looked pretty good.

They don't make their food. I learned that when they told me I could get a pepperoni, sausage and bacon stromboli but not a pepperoni one. And that was after I called because the delivery order was 30 minutes late, meaning it would be another hour.

Hot slice in the cold drink great place to grab some lunch

If near the convention center it a good place to get something to eat very fast at getting your order and fresh food all the time

Better than the $10 slices of pizza in the convention center that's for sure
